We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
4a. Vizion Scan — Mobile Application (iOS)
Vizion Scan is an iOS application that uses your iPhone's LiDAR sensor and camera to scan and measure rooms. The following additional data practices apply to the Vizion Scan app specifically:
- LiDAR and Camera Data: The app uses your iPhone camera and LiDAR sensor to capture spatial measurements of rooms. This data is processed entirely on-device using Apple's RoomPlan framework. Raw sensor data is never transmitted to our servers.
- Room Scan Data: Processed scan results (room dimensions, wall positions, door/window locations, floor area) are stored locally on your device. If you choose to export a scan as PDF or DXF, that file is generated on-device and shared only by your explicit action (email, AirDrop, etc.).
- Location Data: With your permission, the app tags scans with GPS coordinates and street address for easy organization. Location is only accessed when you are actively using the app to create a scan. Location data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
- Subscription Data: In-app purchase and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat and Apple's App Store. No financial data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- No Third-Party Analytics in App: The Vizion Scan app does not include advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics. The app operates offline for scanning; an internet connection is only used for subscription verification.
- Data Deletion: All scan data is stored locally on your device. You can delete individual scans from within the app, or remove all scan data by deleting the app.
5. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Period. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services.
